For those of you that wish to compete in Sparring Tournaments, this is the class for you. Mr Perez teaches the technique of Competition Sparring. This is a good chance for you to brush up on your abilities and do some Sparring. Mr Perez will put you thru the paces and if you aren't sweating when you leave, you must have been watching!

You must be a member of the Black Belt Club to attend this class. its every Friday at 6:15 PM.
